My Story

Have you spent your life looking like you have it all together while secretly wondering why everything feels harder than it seems for everyone else?

Becca specializes in supporting late diagnosed and self identified neurodivergent adults, especially women and members of the LGBTQ+ community, who are navigating burnout, perfectionism, masking, OCD tendencies, religious deconstruction, life transitions, and the journey of discovering who they are beneath the expectations.

As an AuDHD therapist herself, Becca understands firsthand what it feels like to move through the world differently. Her approach blends nervous system regulation, trauma informed care, creativity, somatic practices, spirituality without bypassing, and practical strategies that help clients create lives that feel authentic and sustainable.

Whether you're exploring a late ADHD or autism diagnosis, reconnecting with your purpose, working through burnout, or learning how to stop shrinking yourself to fit into spaces that were never designed for you, Becca creates a space where you can feel seen, understood, and empowered.

🌿 Therapy with Becca is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in the belief that you don't need to become someone else to heal. You get to become more fully yourself.

Now accepting new clients in Knightdale, North Carolina with virtual availability as well.
