Reiki- One Hour Session

Service Description

M/T/W- Durham Th/F- Eden Farm, Knightdale We will start by chatting about your goals, and make sure you feel comfortable and understood. Our reiki room is quiet and calm, and you will spend your session on a warm, soft massage table listening to calming music (and the occasional rooster crow from outside!). Come dressed in comfortable clothes and ready to relax. Reiki involves gentle, still touch on certain areas of your body: your chakra centers, hands, feet, and wherever additional work needs to be done. Reiki also works when delivered hovering a few inches over an area, so please feel free to request a non-touch reiki if that is more comfortable for you! As you end your session we will have time to chat about things we both experienced and felt, or you can take a few quiet minutes alone to soak in the good energy before you go about the rest of your day. My prices are very flexible, please do not let the cost stop you from booking! We can work out whatever payment works for you and your budget.
